A few years ago, I was approached by a local mama who was looking for help to launch a blog targeted at parents in the Ottawa area. The blog's goal was to share fun and frugal family-friendly events, support local businesses and create a community where parents could connect. Fast forward to today, that baby blog has grown to a following of 6,000 and was nominated for the 2018 Faces of Ottawa Award as blogger of the year. This past year we did a small brand refresh, Marilyn wanted to keep her original superhero logo, so we incorporated some new elements including a new submark.
